Refund policy

This policy covers the interview prep kits sold at amanjain.codes/kits by Aman Jain. Orders are processed by Paddle.com, the online reseller and Merchant of Record for all orders.

14 days, no questions asked

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the date you bought a kit. You do not need to give a reason, and it does not matter whether you have downloaded the files.

How to ask for a refund

• Through Paddle: go to paddle.net, find your order using the email address you bought with, and request a refund. Paddle processes refunds for all orders.
• Through me: email kits@amanjain.codes or use the contact form. Include the email address you bought with and, if you have it, the order number from your receipt.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. How long the money takes to reach you depends on your bank or payment provider.

What happens to your access

When a refund is issued, your licence to the kit ends and the kit is removed from your account page. Please delete any copies of the files you downloaded.

After 14 days

If something is wrong with a kit after the 14 days, for example a file that will not open, contact me and I will help. This policy does not affect your rights under the consumer law that applies to you.
