Terms of sale for kits

These terms cover the interview prep kits sold at amanjain.codes/kits (“the kits”). Please read them before you buy.

Who you are buying from

The kits are sold by Aman Jain, an individual seller (sole proprietor) based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, called “I” or “me” in these terms. When you buy a kit, your contract is with me.

My order process is conducted by my online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all my orders. Paddle handles payment, taxes, invoices and payment questions, and Paddle’s buyer terms apply to your payment.

Accepting these terms

By buying a kit, or by downloading or using one, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not buy or use the kits.

What you get

Each kit is a digital product: files such as spreadsheets or PDFs, and for some kits, web pages. The kit’s page on this site describes what it contains and its price.

Kits are delivered digitally. After you pay, you get an email with a link to your account page at amanjain.codes, where you sign in with the email you bought with and download your files. Nothing is shipped. When I release a new version of a kit you bought, it appears on your account page at no extra cost.

Your licence

When you buy a kit, I give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own interview preparation.

You may:

• use, copy and edit the files on your own devices, for your own use
• print them for your own use

You may not:

• share, give away, resell or sublicense the files, or your access to them
• post the files or their contents publicly, including on websites, forums, file-sharing services or social media
• use the files to make a product, course or service that you sell or give to others

Who owns what

All kit content belongs to me, including the notes, key ideas, follow-up framings, schedules, plans and layout, and it is protected by copyright. Your licence lets you use it; it does not transfer ownership.

Problem titles and links in the kits point to problems on LeetCode. Those problems, their titles and the LeetCode name belong to their owners. The kits are not affiliated with LeetCode.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the kits or this site for anything unlawful or fraudulent
• share your account, your sign-in links or your download links with anyone else
• try to get around access controls, for example by guessing or reusing download links or using someone else’s account
• interfere with the site’s security or operation, including probing for weaknesses, scraping, or uploading malicious code
• infringe my intellectual property or anyone else’s

Delivery and access

Downloads are served through your account page using links that expire after a short time. I aim to keep the account page available, but I do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access: the site can be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside my control. Please keep a copy of the files you download. If you cannot download a kit you bought, contact me and I will help.

No guarantee of results

The kits are study material. They do not guarantee an interview, an offer or any other outcome. How you use them, and the decisions you make, are your responsibility.

Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. The refund policy explains how. A refund ends your licence and removes the kit from your account.

Suspending access

I may suspend or end your access to a kit if:

• you break these terms, for example by sharing or reselling the files
• a payment for it is reversed or charged back
• there is a security or fraud risk to your account or to the site

Where it is reasonable, I will tell you first and give you a chance to put things right.

Liability

If something goes wrong with a kit, my total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for that kit. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. The version shown on this page when you buy applies to that purchase. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
